I am an experienced Breathwork facilitator, trained with the globally accredited Alchemy of Breath Academy, and a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher. I offer tailored corporate group sessions and workshops in London and West Sussex, supporting employee wellbeing through powerful, accessible somatic practices.
Before moving into this field, I spent 12 years as a litigator at a top 10 international law firm, followed by a senior role at a London-based hedge fund. With a deep understanding of the demands and stressors of high-pressure corporate environments—personally and through my husband’s work leading a global team at a US law firm - I know first-hand how chronic stress impacts mental clarity, physical health, and long-term resilience.
Through guided breathwork and gentle movement practices, I help teams manage stress, sharpen focus, and improve emotional regulation. These tools are simple yet profoundly effective in restoring balance to the nervous system and are now widely recognised for their role in preventing burnout and improving workplace performance.
I’m passionate about sharing science-backed, somatic techniques that empower individuals to regulate their stress response, build resilience, and foster a culture of wellbeing within the workplace.

A “workshop” style which explains the fundamentals of healthy breathing together with the science behind breathwork in terms of nervous system regulation, mental wellbeing, physical health and emotional regulation.

How to develop day-to-day breathwork tools and techniques for changing your state depending on what you need in the moment (e.g. energising, calming, mental clarity etc).

Yoga and/or gentle stretches to open up the lungs and enable people to connect to their body.
